		Ultimate Waterbeds values your privacy.
	1.	Ultimate Waterbeds is committed to your privacy and protecting the information we hold about our customers. We employ sophisticated technology to protect the information held on our servers so that only authorised persons have access to it.
	2.	Ultimate Waterbeds is bound by the Privacy Act, its December 2001 amendments and the National Privacy Principles.
	3.	We collect the following information about our customers in the normal course of business: Name, Address, Contact Number(s), Purchase History (from Ultimate Waterbeds only) & Service and Repair History (work carried out by Ultimate Waterbeds and its contractors).
	4.	We only use the information we collect to provide our services to you. For example, we hold your name, address and contact details so that we may deliver our products to you following purchase through one of our stores. We do not hold your information in order to conduct ad-hoc advertising campaigns, although we may, from time-to-time, send you useful information, such as a reminder that a waterbed you purchased from us is due for water treatment.
	5.	We will only release customer information to other organisations or entities under the following circumstances:
	a.	With your consent, at your request.
	b.	To our contractor companies for the express purpose of providing you with a service as part of a product/service you've purchased from us.
	c.	When required to do so by law.
	6.	Please be aware that when you link to other sites from this site, we cannot control, and therefore cannot be responsible for, the protection of your information (if any) collected by the site you visit. Be sure to check the sites you visit for some indication that a Privacy Policy is in effect. If in doubt, contact the organisation who operates the website.
	7.	You can request access to any personal information Ultimate Waterbeds holds about you by contacting one of our stores. A $22 fee is charged for this service to cover the administration costs of retrieving your information.
	8.	You may request that any or all of your personal information be removed from Ultimate Waterbed's records. Please understand, however, that we may not be able to offer you as high a level of service if you choose to do so.
